This website is operated by SEK MEDIA SRL. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to SEK MEDIA SRL. We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

Section 1 – Online Store Terms

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

Section 2 – General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices.

Section 3 – Accuracy, Completeness and Timeliness of Information

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information.

Section 4 – Products or Services

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

Section 5 – Made-to-Order Production & Sourcing

All artworks and products offered by Erica Prints are made to order. This means each piece is produced specifically for you after your order is placed.

• Materials: Canvas prints are made on acid-free, pH-neutral, fade-resistant canvas. We use textured, OBA-free (optical brightener–free) canvas to ensure a natural look and long-lasting quality. Canvases are stretched over hand-glued solid wood stretcher bars, and frames are made from high-quality pine wood.
• Sourcing: Blank products may be sourced from facilities in the US, Canada, Europe, the UK, or Australia, depending on your location and product availability. This allows us to speed up delivery times and reduce carbon emissions.

Section 6 – Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.

Section 7 – Returns and Right of Withdrawal

Every Erica Prints canvas — including standard artwork prints and custom Pet Portraits — is produced specifically for your order. We don’t hold pre-printed stock; production begins only after you place your order, often at a facility close to your delivery address.

Right of withdrawal exemption (EU consumer law): Under Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights, Article 16(c), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to “the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised.” Because every canvas is made-to-order, this exemption applies to all our products. Romanian law (OUG 34/2014, transposing the same directive) reflects this exemption.

• No change-of-mind returns. Because nothing is pre-stocked and a returned canvas cannot be re-sold, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, wrong size selection, or change of taste.
• Damaged, defective, or misprinted items: If your canvas arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, contact us within 30 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and clear photos. We will ship a free replacement immediately — you do not need to return the damaged item.
• Lost in transit: If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will ship a free replacement at no extra cost.
• Order cancellations: Orders can be cancelled for a full refund only if production has not yet started. Once production begins (usually within a few hours of order confirmation), the order can no longer be cancelled.

Section 8 – User Comments and Feedback

If, at our request, you send certain specific submissions or without a request from us you send creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, or other materials, whether online, by email, by postal mail, or otherwise (collectively, ‘comments’), you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use in any medium any comments that you forward to us.

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Section 10 – Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania.
