Every Erica Prints canvas is made to order. We print, stretch and pack each piece only after you place your order, at a print facility close to your delivery address, then ship it to you with tracking.

4–12 business days from today: 2–5 to make your canvas, 2–7 in transit.
Christmas delivery
Our Christmas order-by date allows for the longest time to make your canvas and the slowest US standard shipping, with weekends and US holidays skipped.
Start your portrait — upload your pet’s photo, pick a look, then choose the digital file instead of a canvas. It arrives by email.
Delivery times in the United States
- Made to order: 2–5 business days to print, stretch and pack your canvas.
- US standard shipping: 2–7 business days in transit, based on current carrier estimates across the US.
- Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays. The dates on this page update every day.
Tracking your order
As soon as your canvas ships, we email you a tracking link so you can follow it to your door.
Free shipping
Shipping is free and tracked on every order — to the United States and to 45+ other countries, including Canada, the UK, Australia, New Zealand and most of Europe.
Outside the US, delivery times vary by country. Email [email protected] before you order and we’ll tell you what to expect.
Damaged or lost?
Free replacement or full refund — no need to send it back.
- Damaged, defective or misprinted: email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue (and the packaging, if it’s torn or crushed).
- Lost in transit: if your tracking stops updating, or the estimated delivery date passes by a wide margin, contact us within 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We’ll investigate with the carrier and ship a free replacement or give you a full refund once the package is confirmed lost.
