Production takes 3–5 business days to print, stretch/frame, and pack your artwork, then tracked shipping. Most orders arrive within about 7–10 business days from order, depending on your location. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

We ship from facilities in the US, Canada, Europe, the UK, or Australia, depending on your location and product availability. This helps optimize delivery speed and reduce shipping times.

Customs duties, VAT, or import taxes may apply based on your country and order value. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

We're sorry to hear that! Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage (and the packaging, if it's torn). We'll ship a free replacement immediately — you don't need to return the damaged piece.

Every canvas is made-to-order — printed only after you place your order — so we can't accept change-of-mind returns. (Under EU consumer law, the 14-day right of withdrawal doesn't apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications.) If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we'll send a free replacement.

Please check with neighbors, your building's mail room, or any safe spots where carriers may leave packages. If still not found, contact us within 30 days with your order number. We'll investigate with the carrier and send a free replacement if confirmed lost.

Since our products are made-to-order, production may begin quickly. If you need to cancel or modify your order, contact us immediately — we'll do our best to help if production hasn't started yet.
