Products & Materials

What types of art do you offer?

We specialize in gallery-quality wall art on premium canvas. Our two main collections are standard artwork prints from our curated collection, and Pet Portraits — custom canvases made from a photo of your pet. Most pieces are available as classic stretched canvases or as framed canvases with a sleek floating-frame effect.

What’s the difference between a canvas and a framed canvas?

Canvas print: The artwork is printed on thick, textured canvas and hand-stretched over solid wood stretcher bars. The sides are finished, so you can hang it as-is for a modern, gallery-style look.

Framed canvas: The same high-quality canvas is set inside a solid wood (pine) floating frame that creates a subtle gap between the canvas and the frame for a more elevated, gallery finish. Frames are available in white, black, or brown.

What are your canvases made of?

Our canvas prints are made on acid-free, pH-neutral, fade-resistant canvas with a natural textured finish (OBA-free / optical brightener–free). Designed for long-lasting indoor display and to help prevent yellowing over time.

What are the stretcher bars and frames made of?

Canvases are stretched over solid wood stretcher bars. Framed canvases use high-quality pine floating frames.

Are the canvases ready to hang?

Yes. Our canvases (and framed canvases) arrive ready to hang with mounting/hanging hardware attached.

Will the colors match what I see on my screen?

We use high-quality printing to keep colors as accurate as possible, but every screen displays color slightly differently depending on settings and brightness. Minor differences between what you see online and the final print are normal.

Are there brand labels on the artwork?

There may be small manufacturer markings or labels on the back of the frame or stretcher bars. These aren’t visible from the front and don’t affect the look of the artwork when it’s hanging.

What sizes do you offer?

Available sizes depend on each artwork and product type. On every product page, you’ll see a size selector with all the options for that piece.

Can you do custom sizes or custom designs?

If you need a different size than what’s listed, or you’re interested in a custom piece, contact us and we’ll let you know what’s possible.

Pet Portraits

How does the pet portrait creation work?

You upload a clear photo of your pet, pick a theme (we have 8), and we create multiple takes of your pet in that theme’s style. Pick the version you like best, then choose a size and frame option — we print and ship the final canvas.

What photo of my pet works best?

A clear, well-lit photo of your pet’s face — eye level if possible. Daylight beats flash. JPG or PNG, up to 20MB. There’s no hard minimum resolution, but for a sharp print we recommend the pet’s face fills at least 800–1000 pixels of the photo. The clearer the original, the better the result.

Can I preview my Pet Portrait before paying?

Yes. After you upload your photo we generate the portrait so you can preview it in every size and frame option before checkout.

Can I switch to a different theme after seeing the preview?

Yes. Just head back to the Pet Portraits section and pick a different theme. Upload the same photo again and we’ll create fresh takes in the new style.

Can I adjust the zoom or crop on my Pet Portrait?

Yes. The editor lets you zoom in/out and reposition the portrait within the canvas. The live preview shows exactly what will be printed.

What if my Pet Portrait arrives damaged?

Same as any other order: email us a photo of the damage and we’ll send a free replacement immediately. Because each Pet Portrait is custom-printed for you, we can’t accept change-of-mind returns, but our damage/defect/misprint replacement is guaranteed.

Ordering & Shipping

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — we offer free worldwide shipping on every order, no minimum.

Where do you ship from?

We work with professional print studios in the US, Canada, Europe, the UK, or Australia, depending on your location and product availability. Whenever possible, your order is produced closer to you to improve delivery speed and reduce shipping impact.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to 45+ countries — including the US, Canada, UK, Ireland, all of the EU, Australia, and New Zealand. At checkout, you’ll see the available options for your address.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Every artwork is made to order. Typical timelines are:

  • Production time: 3–5 business days to print, stretch/frame, and pack your artwork.
  • Shipping time: once shipped, most orders arrive in about 4–5 business days — typically 7–10 business days from order in total, depending on your location.

During holidays or very high-demand periods, production and shipping may take a bit longer.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.

Will I have to pay customs or import fees?

Depending on your country and order value, customs duties, VAT, or import taxes may apply. These charges are set by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

Why did my items arrive in separate packages?

Different items in the same order may be produced or shipped from different facilities. When that happens, you’ll receive separate tracking numbers and packages.

Returns, Exchanges & Order Issues

Do you accept returns if I change my mind?

Every Erica Prints canvas — including standard artwork prints and custom Pet Portraits — is made-to-order. We don’t hold pre-stocked inventory; production starts only after you place your order, and a returned canvas cannot be re-sold. For this reason we cannot accept change-of-mind returns, including changes of taste or wrong size selection.

Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c)), goods made to the consumer’s specifications are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal. Our policy applies this exemption to all our made-to-order canvas products.

What if my order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted?

We’ll ship a free replacement, at no extra cost — no return required.

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery.
  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue (and packaging, if torn).
  • We’ll send the replacement immediately. You don’t need to return the damaged piece.

What if my package is lost in transit?

If tracking hasn’t updated for several days or the estimated delivery date has passed significantly, contact us as soon as possible (no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date) so we can investigate with the carrier. If confirmed lost, we’ll send a free replacement.

What if tracking shows “Delivered” but I didn’t receive it?

First check around your property and with neighbors/building staff, then contact the carrier. We can help guide next steps, but we aren’t responsible for theft of packages confirmed as delivered.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Because each piece is made to order, production starts shortly after purchase. If you need a change or cancellation, email us immediately. We can usually cancel for a full refund only if production hasn’t started yet — once it has, the order can no longer be cancelled.
