Return & Refund Policy

At Erica Prints, we want you to love what you order. That’s why we offer a straightforward 30-day return policy for all orders worldwide. If you aren’t completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Please read the details below to understand how we handle returns, refunds, and replacements.
1. Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items
We guarantee the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing defect, we will replace it free of charge or offer a full refund.
- Timeframe: You must contact us within 30 days of delivery.
- How to Report: Email us at contact@ericaprints.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue (and the packaging, if damaged).
- Resolution: We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund immediately. You generally do not need to return the defective item.
2. Returns for “Change of Mind” (Worldwide)
If you simply changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, or decided the item isn’t right for your space, we happily accept returns from customers worldwide.
- Timeframe: You must contact us to initiate a return within 30 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging.
- Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot issue a refund if the package is lost during its return to us.
- Refund Amount: Once we receive and inspect the return, we will refund the full price of the product. Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Because some items are made specifically for you, the following cannot be returned for “change of mind” (unless defective):
- Personalized/Custom Products: Items customized with your specific text, names, or uploaded photos.
- Gift Cards: Digital gift cards are non-refundable.
4. Packages Lost in Transit
If your tracking states “In Transit” but has not updated for several days, or if the estimated delivery date has passed significantly:
- Please contact us no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
- We will investigate with the carrier and send a replacement free of charge if the package is confirmed lost.
Note: If tracking says “Delivered” but you cannot find the package, please check with neighbors or your local post office first. We are not responsible for theft of packages confirmed as delivered.
5. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Email us at contact@ericaprints.com.
- Include your Order Number and the reason for the return.
- We will reply with the correct Return Address closest to your location. Please do not send items back to the address on the shipping label without contacting us first, as this may delay your refund.
6. Refunds & Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
